Flight reservations                 

  • All air reservations are valid for 24 hours from the date of shipment;
    once this period has expired, the cost can vary significantly.

  • The client's data must coincide with data according to the passport, if there is a difference between the information entered and the passport, it could invalidate the ticket - Full name, Last name, date of birth, nationality and expiration date of the passport are strictly enforced.

  • The information provided is the RESPONSIBILITY of the customer who enters the information in the system, any change or modification will be the responsibility of the passenger and will be subject to the conditions imposed by the airline.

  • Cancellation policy - All air tickets, once issued, are non-refundable, non-endorsable and a change fee applies. 

 Hotels and Circuits


México

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the arrival date apply a 10% charge.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the arrival date apply a charge of 1 night.

  • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days before the arrival date apply a 100% charge.

  • Early departures and no show is considered as cancellation and refunds do not apply.

  • If the room is marked as non-cancellable, non-refundable or similar, a 100% penalty applies regardless of the date on which the cancellation is requested.

  • Cancellation policies may vary depending on the hotel, period of the year or type of room.

Cuba

  • Cancellations made 3 to 5 days before the arrival date apply a charge of 1 night.

  • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days before the arrival date apply a charge of 2 nights.

  • Early departures and no show is considered as cancellation and refunds do not apply.

  • The circuits are penalized with a 10% penalty if they are canceled 0 to 3 days in advance and 100% if they are NO SHOW

 

If the circuit in either of the two destinations includes a domestic flight, this TKT will NOT be refundable and will be penalized 100%.


Transfers and Excursions                    

  • Cancellations made 0 to 2 days before the arrival date apply a 100% charge.

  • No Show 100%

  • Tolerance (waiting) time at the Hotel departures is 10 minutes from the set time and upon arrival from the Airport, a maximum of 1 hour is expected, unless a delay is reported in your arrival flight.

 

Car rental                     

  • Cancellations of reservations confirmed 7 days in advance will apply a penalty of 1 day's rent.

  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the arrival of the clients will be charged 100% of the confirmed reservation.

  • If the client liquidates the car before the date indicated at the beginning of the rental, the amount corresponding to the unused days will not be returned.

  • Tolerance (waiting) time for the pick up of the car in Mexico is 30 minutes, in Cuba 1 hour and the delivery must be at the same time the car is received, which is reflected in the contract.

Billing and Payments

PAYMENTS IN PESOS will apply the exchange rate of the day according to the Official Gazette of the Federation.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: visa or mastercard applies additional 3% commission charges in a single payment or in monthly payments (The charges may vary according to the number of monthly payments).

The issuance of invoice must be requested within a maximum of 48 business hours after having made your payment.

With a maximum of 48 business hours, all tax data must be sent for the corresponding invoice.

After the 48 hour period, the invoice will be issued to a generic customer.

 

Misure Covid-19                 

All our services comply with local legislation and health recommendations regarding protection and security to avoid the spread of the Covid-19 virus.

Our activities have the following measures:

  • A safety distance of 1 meter between clients will be maintained whenever possible. 

  • The use of a mask is mandatory. The client must bring their own mask.

  • Hydroalcoholic gel will be provided before, during and after the service.

  • All personnel involved (guide, driver, etc.) will wear a mask during the service.

  • The delivery of printed material such as maps or brochures will be avoided.

  • The temperature and symptoms of all the personnel involved in the service will be controlled daily, excluding and keeping in quarantine for 14 days those who present fever or symptoms.

  • All means of transport involved will be disinfected before and after each service and thoroughly washed every 24 hours.

  • It will be enough to have the voucher or reservation on your cell phone and not print it.
